Pack House Kickboxing

Our dynamic Kickboxing and Boxing classes, where the emphasis is on honing your skills through expert guidance, engaging partnered drills, old school bag/pad work and controlled sparring. Pack House Cardio

Exhilarating small group Cardio Kickboxing and Boxing classes, where fitness meets fun in a dynamic and empowering environment! This high-energy workout is designed to engage your entire body while keeping you entertained and motivated.

An atmosphere filled with upbeat music, enthusiastic participants, and an experienced instructor guiding you through a series of heart-pumping routines. Our cardio classes combine elements of traditional kickboxing and boxing with aerobic exercises to deliver a full-body workout that not only boosts your cardio fitness but also enhances skills and endurance.

Youth Programs

Our dynamic Kickboxing and BJJ Youth Program, where we cultivate more than just physical prowess. Our program is crafted to instill essential skills in young individuals, fostering a holistic approach to personal development. At the core of our curriculum is a commitment to building foundational martial arts skills but it's not all serious business – we firmly believe that learning should be enjoyable! After School Program as well as Summer Programs will be available in the future.
